簡介
四川大學華西生物醫(yī)學大數(shù)據(jù)研究院副院長、研究員,博士生導師,畢業(yè)于南開大學和北京大學,國家自然科學基金委“優(yōu)青”(2018)。獲2020年教育部高??茖W研究優(yōu)秀成果獎(自然科學)二等獎(第一完成人),“天府峨眉計劃”創(chuàng)新領軍人才(2023),四川大學華西醫(yī)院2024年度“綜合先進個人”。多次被評為愛思唯爾“中國高被引學者”(2020-2023)、全球2% TOP科學家。
研究方向:
腫瘤生物信息學,包括腫瘤多組學數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,腫瘤免疫及表達調控等的生物信息方法和數(shù)據(jù)庫構建,及其在腫瘤和細胞外囊泡中的應用研究
研究成果
開發(fā)了多個創(chuàng)新性的腫瘤大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法和平臺,包括腫瘤免疫治療聯(lián)合藥物預測方法CM-Drug,免疫細胞組成預測方法ImmuCellAI,單細胞的T細胞自動注釋方法STCAT,基因集的腫瘤多組學分析平臺GSCA,首創(chuàng)了單個細胞外囊泡轉錄組測序和分析方法;建立了一系列被廣泛使用和引用的生物信息數(shù)據(jù)庫,動物轉錄因子數(shù)據(jù)庫AnimalTFDB和hTFtarget,T細胞及其受體數(shù)據(jù)庫TCellAtlas和TCRdb等;發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤免疫治療聯(lián)合藥物taltirelin,發(fā)現(xiàn)腫瘤細胞外囊泡促進腫瘤發(fā)生、進展和CAR-T治療失效的機制,發(fā)現(xiàn)臍帶間充質干細胞的囊泡逆轉衰老的功能和機制。以通訊作者在Nature Immunology、Science Translational Medicine、Science Bulletin、Advanced Science、Nucleic Acids Research等專業(yè)雜志發(fā)表SCI論文100余篇,論文總引用18000多次(Google Scholar),H因子57,多篇高被引或者熱點論文。
承擔國家自然科學基金委項目6項,以課題負責人承擔科技部重點研發(fā)計劃1項,擔任中國生物信息學會(籌)重大疾病組學信息學專委會副主委和四川省生物信息學會智慧免疫分會主委,基金委和科技部項目函評和會評專家,多個專業(yè)SCI期刊編委如《Genomics Proteomics & Bioinformatics》和《Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids》等。
